No one here can tell you. We are not doctors, and certainly the fact that there was a bad result does not automatically mean there was malpractice. Malpractice is based on an expert opinion from physicians (or other medical experts).

No one here can tell you based on the vague information you posted.

A bad result is usually NOT malpractice.

To be malpractice you need the bad result, and it must be caused by a doctor doing less than the normal standard of care (and many bad results fall within the standard of care), and it must do measurable damage. If you meet all that, and can prove that (by expert testimony), then if the damages are significant, there may be a malpractice claim.

If you think there is malpractice, see a lawyer quickly, as time periods in which you can file a claim are short.
