Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Georgia

Dermo appt. for annual (1st time seen at this office) on 1/13/16

Feedback - Overbilled for items not discussed . Wife is a nurse and was present. Was able to receive report.

Report starts off by saying "The treatment options for the patients SKIN CANCER were reviewed with the patient in Detail.

Don't have skin cancer, wasn't told that. Many other "Lies" "misrepresentations" in the report. Need to understand my rights. Thank you.

You have a billing dispute. You have the right to contact the provider and dispute the bill. Otherwise, telling us about a report does not give us facts about the charges you believe were improper.
