Conspiracy to commit larceny

My husband is getting court martialed for conspiracy to commit larceny. From the taking of items from the Exchange in Iraq...the military store. If found guilty what could happen and what usually happens?

Re: Conspiracy to commit larceny

It depends where the case will be tried.

Has he had any Article 32, Investigation?

Has he spoken with a TDS lawyer.

Depending on the amount of "money" involved and the alleged involvement the actions could range from nothing if he ends up cooperating as a witness to a general court-martial and confinement time.

There are many variables. Having been to try cases in Iraq on a number of occassions there are also logistical issues.

If you would like to email "off-line" we can discuss in more detail.
