Legal Question in Military Law in Georgia

Re-Enlistment

I was discharged in Nov. 2000 from Navy after 6 months. Was UA for 28 days and turned myself in. While in restricted duty I failed a drug test ,I smoked marijuana while UA. Want to enlist in ARNG. OTH discharge, separation code HKA, RE code 4. Is this possible. If so who should I contact, and what needs to be done?
