Your post implies that you damaged someone else's property and then turned what should have been an accident that your insurer would have paid into a serious crime for which you could be jailed, fined and lose your license. Get yourself a good lawyer. And call your insurer so that they at least help you with the damages. Fessing up is better than getting arrested.
