auto accident in brand new car

I was in an auto accident on 8-31-00. Iwas driving a new Jeep Grand Cherokee lees than 30 days old. The accident was not my fault. Can I get reimbursed for lost value on my vehicle from the driver at fault.

Yes

If you are not at fault, you can demand that your vehicle be repaired etc. by the at fault party's insurance carrier. You can do that through an attorney or on your own. I would recommend hiring an attorney if you are not sure what to do. If you have any bodily injury, you can also make a claim for that to have your medical bills paid and for pain and suffering. I'm not sure exactly what you meant by "lost value." Most people in general just refer to the property damage on their vehicles, but you can demand "lost value" of the vehicle if it has extensive damages especially to the frame of the vehicle since it is brand new. It doesn't mean you will always get what you ask for easily.
