Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

I was cited for failure to yield in Atlanta, GA with blinking lights in an intersection. I had flashing red, the other way was flashing yellow. 2 cars stopped and let me go. I was hit by a car coming through the intersection on the third lane. Can I plead nolo contendre? They proceeded like it was a green light.

When you have red blinking, you must STOP and wait for traffic to clear. If the perpendicular lanes of travel have blinking yellow, this is especially true. Hire a criminal defense lawyer with traffic court experience to attempt to negotiate a reduced charge.
