Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

I was in a collision that wasnt my fault on Monday and the other driver was ticketed. I spoke with their insurance company and informed them at this time no one was injured. Now its 3 days later and my neck and shoulders are hurting. What should I do? I am going to the hospital/doctor to get checked out? Should I get a lawyer at this point? Do I inform their and my insurance that I am now injured? Is there a statue of limitations on when an injury can be reported?

You have likely hurt the value of your legal claim with your statement to the insurer. Do NOT talk to them further without counsel.

Get needed medical care immediately (as in TODAY). Not only is that medically important but each day you delay treatment minimizes the value of a claim.

My office handles such matters and would be willing to give you a free consultation.
