Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

Dear sir,

A week ago I had my transmission rebuilt by a transmission centre.Less

than a week later , I faced what could have been a serious accident. The rod that

was supposed to support the tyre came off and I lost control of the car.

Fortunately, I was not hurt .What had happened was the transmission centre had forgotten to tighen the knot on the rod. If I was on a highway going at 60-70 miles/ hr, I would

have either killed someone or got myself killed. When I went to the transmission

shop to tell them what happened they acknowledged their mistake but were not apologetic at all.

Please suggest what can be done.

Thank You.

Since you were not hurt, the most you could recover would be the cost to repair the car.

Your actual remedy depends in large part on what your written warranty says (I assume you didn't go to some shady place that doesn't give a warranty), and no one here has read that.
