Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

My Dorm is making me sick. I found out yesterday that it was mold in the room that was making me sick it was on the air coeditor. My Mom cleaned it off with some of her cleaning supplies from work she is a custodian and said that the mold is gonna come back. So Today after my Spanish class I went to the housing department and told them and they told me that they have to see physical proof that the mold is in the room. I told the lady in the department that there is some mold still on air conditor. She told me that they Dont have any space open until after labor day and that I should just drink plenty of water. What should I do ?

Stay with a friend or family, get a hotel room, rent an apartment, or find another solution until another room is available. Are you writing here because you think there is legal action you should take? What medical tests results have come back since you posted one day ago, proving it is the dorm or AC making you sick? Have you even seen a doctor? If you have not, it is safe to say you don't have a legal issue at all.
