Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

I am a Law Guru attorney in New Orleans, LA. I have a client here in New Orleans who needs an attorney to file a suit near Atlanta in Tucker, GA (or possibly Lithonia, GA).

The case is straightfoward and liability is pretty cut and dry. A Lithonia GA driver driving an 18 wheeler for a Tucker GA trucking company had a single vehicle accident at my client's store here in New Orleans. The driver knocked out the electricity to the store and caused about $14k in property damage and another $12-$15k in lost profits and lost inventory (the cooler was out and the store closed for 3 days).

The only problem is that the accident happened on December 22, 2010. The prescriptive period (statute of limitations) has already run in Louisiana, but I understand it is 4 years in GA for property damage claims. I believe the client can still bring this claim in GA against the GA driver and the GA trucking company.

If anyone in GA is interested in taking this case, please let me know. I can be admitted pro hac vice in GA and can be as involved or uninvolved as you like. The client is an old friend and I want to see him made whole. The client has a good business and can easily pay the costs.
