Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

i'm on ssdi due to a work injury i'm going to back to work program main injury is lower back when i take the bus because of the driver and most of the time condition of bus mechanicaly my back hurts more, my doctor told me to stop riding bus but because of income limitations i cant afford private transportation doctor does say its because of bus ride , my back is being futher irrritated do i have any legal recourse????
