Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

I bought my home 4 months ago. There is Avery tall tree that curves right onto my roof plus many other big bushes that curves and hang very low towards the back of my yard and I can't even walk through all that. The owner had told me he would only cut the bottom branch on my roof. He isn't going to do anything!

What is your question? If you bought a house why is anyone else responsible for your landscaping? Hire a yard service.

Call a tree service. You're responsible for any branches on your property. The owner of the bottom of the tree isn't responsible.
