Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

i bought property then , had a hardship and singed it to someone to take over payments and then the buyers ,talked to the owner and got another one of his properties right next door.. problem is all payments on both properties was his anyways but he offered them the property anyways and he knew in advance they were moving and waited till the 14 th of the month to call me after he had been recieveing money for my property from them that they sent every month ..well they moved but still dont have everything out and it is now the second month behind ..it was due always before the fith of the month so he quiet well knew it was gonna be late and he cALLED AND SAID IF HE DONT TAKE ME TO COURT AND I WILL JUST HAND IT OVER HELL GIVE ME 500.00 DOLLARS AND I HAVE 12,000.00 IN IT WHAT CAN I DO ..

Most of your question makes little sense, but one thing does. It violates almost all loan agreements to sign over property when you owe money. So you probably have a serious problem and need a lawyer. In some cases this could result in criminal prosecution as well as civil suits.
