Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

I contracted with company A in Gwinnett County GA to do some "insurance related' work to my home. I have paid company A in full and have a receipt to show for it. Unbeknownst to me, Company A subcontracted out a portion of the work to Company B. Company B completed the work, but for one reason or another was not satisfied with the payment from company A(apparently the size of the job was misquoted by company A or company B did not remeasure for the size of the job) and has refused to accept the agreed upon payment. Now because of refusal of payment, company B has placed a lien on my property. What is my best recourse of action to remove this lein?

See a lawyer. You'll likely have to pay the lien and sue the contractor.
