Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

I have been divorced for over a year. I am now engaged to be married. I left everything to my ex-wife including the house we bought together. She lives in the house with our children, her new husband and his children. She and her husbands credit is not good. They cannot afford nor can qualify for a loan to put the house in their name. She has almost lost the house 2 times that I know of. Is there any way I can protect myself if they were to loose the house? My new fiance is even afraid to get a bank account with me because she doesn't want them to be able to get her money also. Please advise me as to what I can do if anything.

Most of these things are based upon what your divorce says, and your lawyer would have discussed the options and pitfalls with you. Since he has seen the papers and no one here has, I'd suggest calling him.
