Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

a friend and i entered into a option to purches agreement with a laweyer doing the paper work she got ill and transfered the property into her brothers name less than a year and a half later she has passed away and the brother does not want to let me purches the property after i have lived here payed the money to her the way it was to be per the agreement and put my home here septick power landscape what do i do does he have to up hold the agreement for me to purchase i am on disability after open heart and other major health issues and cant afford alot of attorney's fees. Unfortunately, you will not have much choice but to see a lawyer to review all the documents. The bad news is that the expense to pursue a legal action will likely be several thousand dollars, even if you have a valid case. It might be cheaper to let it go. However, it may be worth some time with a lawyer to review the paperwork and tell you whether you have a case. It is not something to be reviewed on a website like this.
