Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

My grandmother put her house deed into my cousins name and now my cousin is acting like she wants to kick people out of the house. is there anyway to get the house back into my grandmothers name without my cousin agreeing to it?

From your post, the cousin owns the house (subject to any liens) so it makes sense the cousin is acting like the owner. If she did not want the cousin to own the house, she should not have given it to her. Obviously, no one here has any documents to review to see how things are different than you described.
