Can a home owners association which you are part of have a meeting about you with out you there? And if you and everyone part of the subdivision in which you are part of sign a contract anout know live stock in the sub davision can the owners go over that and put live stock right outside your backyard, They are also part of the subdivision

You're the ONLY person who knows the answer and you already have it.

Why? When you bought your home, you signed a document that stated that you had received a copy and read the HOA documents and rules. Assuming you did, the answer was (and is) there. Read it.
(If you cannot understand it, carry your copy to a lawyer, as he will not have it).
No one here has your HOA documents. You chose to leave out the facts and terms of paperwork and instead post vague "can they..." questions. If you want a meaningful response, post the clear facts. However, the answer to most questions can be found in the HOA documents.
