How can my new husband add me to the deed on his house. It has no mortgage.

He can hire a real estate lawyer to prepare a deed. Names are not added to deeds.

Names aren't added to deeds. A lawyer will need to draft a new deed. There are pros and cons to this, and more than one way to word the deed so a lawyer needs some background to do this in the way best for you. It should be pretty inexpensive.
