Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

If a mortgage forbearance agreement is for 3 months what happens after the 3 months of paying the monthly payments on time? My mortgage company is requesting I pay 901.00 a month for 3 months but does not explain in the agreement what happens after the three months of payment has occured. Is a mortgage forebearance a good plan for keeping your home out of foreclosure.

If you don't understand the agreement, have a lawyer review it.

There are other options to save your home from foreclosure, which a lawyer could assist you with.
