Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

My property is part of a family estate currently in my father's name. How do I go about having my property placed in my name if he is not willing to do it himself?

Your post makes no sense. If "your" property is in someone else's name, it is not your property. If you have a contract or other right to obtain title, you chose to not tell us those details so you won't get an answer (other than it is not your property).

There is no such thing as a "family estate."

You haven't told us what makes you entitled to it. Was it a will? Something else? Show the relevant documents to a lawyer and they can assist you.
