Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

I purchased my home in Atlanta via Owner Finance Option with 36 months for balloon payment. I have been unsuccessful obtaining traditional bank funding. The seller has agreed to extend the agreement but I would like something in writing, of course. Is there a particular document or form we must complete for the extension details or would a notarized letter outlining the new terms suffice?

You need to see a lawyer. This is NOT something you can do with a letter or a form. This takes a proper new promissory note and deed to secure debt and related documents, all properly recorded.
