Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

I purchased a 2010 travel trailer and piad for it in full at a Florida dealership.

This was two monthes ago and I have still not received the title so I can registar it.

We have called the dealership numerous times and received additional temperary tags so we can use the trailer.

The dealer mentioned a possible issue with the title, is this my problem now since I paid for the trailer or do I have legal avenues to either get another trailer of equal value or what???

You need to re-post in the appropriate category (NOT real estate or real property), and for the State of Florida, so Florida lawyers will see and respond to your question. Yes, it is your problem.

Since you posted in a section in Law Guru that only Georgia lawyers will see about a matter in Florida, and then misposted in the category dealing with land and house closings instead of consumer disputes, it is unlikely anyone who can answer you (Florida lawyers that deal with consumer issues) will see your question.
