Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

I own rental property. My property manager is requiring me to add them to the "additional insured" for the insurance policies. I have read the reasoning for it and see how it would work and agree with it, however my insurance company refuses to do this. They have their legal reasons...And it's not as simple as to change insurance companies as I have an outstanding policy that is grandfathered in right now and I would not be able to insure it for the outstanding coverage I have now.

So find another insurance company who will provide supplemental coverage. Not really a question for lawyers.

And what is your legal question? You either have to fire the management company and manage the company yourself or change insurance companies. Neither presents any legal issues.
