My sister and I are buying a new house and we used her credit we want both our name on the deed they say that it has to be a spouse or an adult child we are buying it together and want both our name on the deed what do we do to get that done

Who is "they?" We can't fill in the blanks. It looks like you want to take advantage of your sister and get ownership of the house with no financial responsibility for paying the loan. Very poor decision on her part.
