My 17 year old- need to now if nolo can help

My 17 year old got to 2 tickets 1 speeding 73 in a 45 2 months later a following to close the judge is hearing them together. Can he plead nolo on the speeding and take the 3 points on the following to close to save his license??

Unfortunately, your son is looking at a suspension of his license unless the Speeding charge can be reduced to something other than a moving violation. The Nolo will not help and it might be wise to retain an attorney for this one,

especially if it is critical that he retain his license. The driver's license of any person under 18 who has accumulated a violation point count of 4 or more points in any 12 month period shall be suspended and a plea of Nolo shall be considered as a conviction.
