Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia
Truant, loitering first offense teen
My 14 year old got a ticket for truancy and loitering...when we wnet to court (plead guilty) the judge told him that HE is responisible for paying the fine, NOT his parents...I am having trouble making him take this seriously. He is counting on the fact that we don't want any problems, so we will just cough up the money when the time comes...What will happen to him or to us? who is reponsible?
