Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

Estate, No Will

My husband died with no will. He owned a house that he lived in alone (we were separated) The house has only his name on the deed, he also has cashier's checks with only his name. We have one minor and one adult child both reside with me. Can I petition for administrator and Years Support?

Your best option will be to consult with a probate attorney who can determine the best course of action based on all pertinent facts and circumstances.
