Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia
My father had promised me his vehicle when he died and afterwards it was not in the will. I'm wondering if the truck will have to be sold and divided equally between the siblings or since I have two other siblings that heard the promise can override the other 2 siblings contest of it.

It probably is in the will, just not mentioned by name. Assuming the will is otherwise valid, it controls.
