My husband was managing partner of a LLLP with his sister. He passed away. Who is the managing partner now? What are my rights as beneficiary in his will?

I am sorry to hear about your husband, However, no one here knows what the partnership documents state, or what the will provides. You likely will need to see a lawyer, and work with your sister-in-law on the business issues.
