Husband's death

my ex-husband was killed in an accident, we have 2 minor children I need to know what I need to do in order for my children to get his things, neither one of us had remarried. He was living in a house and the lady that owns it has refused to turn over his things.

You need to file an administration in the probate court. You should also determine the circumstances of the accident in which he lost his life. If it was someone else's fault, there may be a case that the children could make against the at-fault driver.
