my parents(mother passed away 5/09) home is in my name and has been since 1996. my brother is power of attorney and executor for my father's estate and said he has a will, dated around 2003 that states the family home is to be sold and the money divided between siblings (9), he has been paying taxes on the property since he has been poa since around 2003. question is, does he have a right to make me sell the property and divide between siblings. my elderly father lives in the home and the brother pays the taxes out of my father's account since he has been power of attorney, 2003.
