What is a Durable Power of Attorney and how does it differ from Power of Attorney-Pacific???

Health Care powers of attorney are often referred to as "durable powers of attorney".

Any power of attorney is "durable" if it remains valid after the person giving it becomes incompetent.

I do not recognize the term "Power of Attorney-Pacific", and would need a more complete description to answer.
