Probate Lawyer Misrepresented Terms
My two brothers that were named trustee's of my portion of inheritance have withheld all of the of funds despite grave needs for medical, dental, and repair to my home with are stipulated to be carried out in will. One trustee has made a death threat to my disabled wife and she has suffered a stroke as a result. The other trustee is trying to take my house and put us one the street by refusing to pay the taxes on the trust property. If I take them to court they will use my inheritance to defend themselves to legally steal everything in my trust. Both brother's are well connected businessmen and have made it clear that they do not intend to ever let me have my inheritance. Is there any legal basis in which to fight for justice in this matter if I have no funds for a lawyer? Can a lay person compel an accounting w/o a lawyer? Does sole discretion mean they are never compelled to give out disbursements? What if the house is supposed to be in the trust but they never put it in there? What if the house is still in the deceased name?

You need a lawyer - there is little choice. No one here has the documents or knows the terms, and you are tossing out serious accusations (including one in the title about a lawyer, with no explanation).
