Probate of estates involves the transfer of assets from dead people to their living heirs/beneficiaries.

Probation is a possible punishment for people convicted of crimes. You need to re-post your question and direct it to a criminal law attorney who practices in the state where you were convicted. In fact, if an attorney represented you with regard to the charges then you need to speak to your attorney. You should not be releasing potentially incriminating details on a public forum like this.

You are accused of violating a condition of your probation which was to submit to tests. You need to get a criminal lawyer now. This is a criminal matter. There is no such thing as a civil arrest warrant.
