Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

My simple Will needs some minor changes. I am single (no kids) and live in Georgia. Both myself and my two witnesses for the will are meeting in Florida for vacation next month. We have a notary in Florida that can notarize the changes while we are there. Will this will be legal for me, a Georgia resident if notarized by a Florida notary? I and my Georgia witnesses live far enough apart it is hard to meet to get signed in GA.

First of all, do not use a codicil and have a lawyer write, or at least review, the will. Yes it can be signed out of state.
