Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

This is not a subject most do not like asking about, but I just have to ask. My father remarried in 1992 after my mother passed away 1 year earlier. (They had been married 45 years). He is 83 and my stepmother is 19 years younger than he. If my father passes before her (which unfortunately is likely), my brother (60), my sister (59) and myself (49) will not inherit anything from my father until my stepmother dies. My sister is co-executor and my stepmother's daughter is co-executor. My brother and sister could be in their 80s before she goes. I just do not understand this and cannot believe my father is letting this happen. Is this normal for this to happen?

It's perfectly normal to leave things to a spouse. Adult children have no right to an inheritance. Generally children who think they do are far more likely to be disinherited than children who don;t expect an inheritance.
