Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

Trust

A trust attorney in Ga. set up a federal trust for us. 3 have 3 houses in the trust. (for about 6 years) The attorney has been charged with using false information on 2 tax returns and because it was determined he was a flight risk, the Judge would not allow bail.He has been in jail since Sept. We want to dissolve the trust. Can we do it ourselves? Or do we have to get an attorney to do it? We also gave him a large sum of money to invest. He said that he invested it overseas. What should we do about that?
