Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia
i just turned 21 and was looking to get my conceal license to carry, as i was looking through the application, i noticed one of the questions is using any illegal substances in the past year, all i did was smoke marijuana, but never convicted for it, can i still get the permit?

Why do you need to ask here? You read the question, didn't you? You know the answer to the question don't you? If you are asking for permission to lie, you have come to the wrong place. If you want to continue using illegal drugs and carry a weapon, you need to start saving a lot of money for lawyers and prepare for prison.
