scheduling

is there a time limet from postponments for re scheduling? been 9 weeks since postponment. how long can they make me wait for new date?

Actually, there is no time limit. However, most courts reset workers' compensation hearings within approximately 60-90 days. If it has already been eight weeks, I suggest you call the Judge's office and check to make sure that the delay is not due to a clerical error. Good luck.
