Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Greece

Ex Pat living in Cyprus

I want to know if I am able to take a case to an EU Court as I feel my chances are very low of winning in a Cypriot court. To cut a long story short - Selling my house, had buyer who gave and signed reservation fee. Had 30 days to agree and sign my contract but they did nothing which legally meant I could keep the reservation fee but they have taken an order against me to stop me selling my house until I return their reservation fee plus they have added £2,000 on top for their lawyer fees. I cannot be bothered with all the problems and need to sell my house so said I would give them the reservation fee back but they now say they want £3,000 on top of this for their lawyer fees. They keep upping the stacks so the interim order on my house stays in force. Whichever way I try to reasonably get this sorted with the other parties they just keep getting worse with their demands and I feel the Cypriot courts are letting them get away with it. It means going to a hearing but I am worried I will lose just because I am English, especially as the Court gave them the order on my house because I am English and to stop me leaving cyprus until a full hearing regarding this takes place which could take up to 3 years here in Cyprus! HELP!
