Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Guam

Where to file bk if debts in guam and usa
I have debt in saipan,guam and usa mainland i live in ca where do i file bankruptcy?? Debt in guam and saipan 450.000 and in the usa approx 65.000 dollars.
Do i file twice?? I want to do the filing my self.

You have to file in the district in which you reside. All debts are covered.
