Food Poisoning , Who do i sue?

I purchased a packaged of frozen seafood crab legs and got very sick and went to E.R.for treatment within 4 hours after consuming the product. The physician on duty ruled out acute gasteritis(food poisoning).Im still recieving treatment for the food poison due to throat problems and numbness in hands and fingers.Who would I sue? the ,manufactor,the distributor or the seller. Reported this to the local health dept.Please respond

Your seller of the seafood has liability for the unwholesome product. The problem may be in proving the source of the illness if you don't have a portion of the product left for testing.
