inheritance

i was married for 14 yrs, divorced 1 year ago, x husband is administer of fathers estate..he passes away August 29, 2004. he has all control over all monies, properties..all is under his name now, Do i Have any rights to his inheritance?

You might depending on your divorce decree, but generally, an ex-spouse is not entitled to inheritance from the former spouses parents. That type of property is seperate property. If you have children residing with you from your ex-spouse, they would be more likely to have an interest in the estate. You should check with an attorney review your options.
