refund on contract of service
On 6/28/07 at around 1 pm I placed deposit for reservation to the wrong company for a portrait shooting reserve for July 7 at 10 am, 4 hours later I explained to the clerk what has happened and is it all possible to get a refund. On the contract 5. For reschedule call 24 hours in advance of appointment or forfeit deposit. 6. In accepting the services of Cover Look Inc. Also stamp NO RESHOOTS/NO REFUNDS, and handwritten FINAL SALE! Can they deny my request for a refund? I realize that the mistake is mines due to miscommunications, but it was an honest mistake and it hasn't even been a whole entire day and I haven't gotten any photo shoots. What can I do?

How did you pay? Stop check if by check. Otherwise go to your CC company and indicate charge was by MISTAKE.
