Lending Friends Money?
Over a year ago my girlfriend at the time, now ex-girlfriend, borrowed $20,000 US from me to help pay for her friends legal problems. She said she would pay me back when i wanted the money back. However she has not payed me back. What should i do? I want to sue her because i know she has the money because she has purchased a new mercedes and it looking to buy her second home? Can i sue and could i win on her word against mine? What should i do?

If you can prove that she got the money from you and did not earn it, then you should be able to win in court. Then you'll have to collect it.
