Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Idaho

FBI grand jury hearing on bankruptcy fraud, wire/mail fraud.

2 1/2 years ago I filed chapter 13. one month prior to filing FBI claims I received $7000 income that wasnt reported. Because the client renig on purchase canceling the check which was sent back. I did not report, fbi says I should of and committed bankruptcy fraud. Can you please claify this for me and provide me information to locate mail/wire fraud laws. These are obviously federal issues.

Bankruptcy fraud investigation

Contact the U. S. Attorney wherever the grand jury is meeting and tell him/her that you want to testify before the grand jury, if you don't want to be indicted.

From a financial point of view, it would be better to let them indict you, then get the case thrown out, then sue the infernal revenuers and friendly brotherhood of investigators for malicious prosecution. Those bozos wouldn't know bankruptcy fraud if it bit them in the seat of their pants. You'll be better off than had you hit the super lotto!
