Legal Question in Family Law in Idaho

Pro bono lawyers

How could i find out if any attorneys would take a contested custody case pro bono? My x spouse has $30,000.00 in attorneys fees to his attorney. I can not compete with this. Just because a person does not have the money for thousands in attorneys fees does this mean they stand no chance? Is it all about the money? Legal aide does not help in this case and neither does idaho volunteer lawyer program.

I would also like to know how to find out what parent rights are in the state of idaho, and what childrens rights are in the state of idaho. How about civil rights for children and parents? How can i look this information up, or obtain it?
