May I know what are the jurisdiction, I am married to an american for less than 2 years, the wedding took place in Philippines, could he marry other girl in the states? and not divorcing me? another thing, could he petition me for my permanent resident Allien visa and file a divorce as well?

Obviously, bigamy (marriage to two individuals) is generally illegal in the United States. But if there is a divorce and there are issues about whether or not it was secured properly, you may have some viable options available to you.
